Beneath
The velour sky
Watching
The pitter-patter of life
Flow away
I guide my pen
Through the ballroom of misery
Inking my monochrome thoughts
Into tangled knots
A myriad of emotions
Congealed
A stunning masterpiece
Of grief and loss
Revealed
Hello, everyone! This is sort of a “thank you” post actually. A special “thank you” post for Richard. Finally, all my entrance examinations are over and my results are out as well. And now, it was time for me to decide. So, when I had to choose between Medical Science and English Literature, I could finally muster all the courage to follow my heart and go for English Literature. Yes, I’ve decided to major in English Literature and this is where I’d like to thank you, Richard. Your story has always inspired me to follow my heart and passion, no matter what. This is a little something I scribbled during my class. It’s kind of an amalgam of the phrases you’ve used in your posts. I hope you like it! Thank you once again, Richard! š
Wish you all the best.

Aww, that was really sweet of you. I can only speak for myself and say that life is too short to not be happy. If writing makes you happy, and why not because you’re excellent at it, then may all the joy in the world come to you.
All the very best to you and remember to write a little something every day and with each word it gets even better. š

You said, a little something you scribbled during class……. I would like to scribble that way. Very nice. And yes, Richard or as I call him Richy man, he too was one of my first followers and the one that inspired me to write poetry, if you can call what I write poetry that is. I actually wrote a poem for him. Was a funny one.
Hey! You definitely have a great lot of talent, all the best with your classes and youĀ“ll probably graduate with honours, thatĀ“s a sure one.

I am so happy to see you heading towards a happy life. You have toiled day and night for medical science, but may be it was not your cup of tea. With the struggle and stress you have faced i don’t think none can ever regained the lost confidence to follow the path decided by their heart. It really needs a lot of courage to do it. Its great to see your skills. Looking forward for many more. I wish you all the very best. I always believe you will be very successful in your life.
