Night In Winter

The overturned blue bowl drips stars

Silvered confetti cover my outstretched palms

Moonbeams lick the wounds on my back

While sequins light the holes on the hollow of my spine

A bloated sky cuts open its belly

To reveal an assortment of colours

They paint my skin in butterfly hues

An icicle breath of the wind takes me to the frozen moon
