Poetry In Night (Micro-fiction)

The glistening cloud swept moon devoured the darkness in gargantuan gulps of molten silver. The stars strewn over the tousled sheets of clouds cinched the obsidian silhouettes even closer. A cool midnight breeze ruffled the golden locks of the shadowy sea of maples. There was poetry flowing through the night. The cusps of an ebony hush spewed verses in tinkling quietude which spidered across my insomniac soul, lulling it to a peaceful slumber.
